Purposeful Stuff: Our A-team

That’s because community is fun AND messy. Community also happens at any given moment – it doesn’t check in between 9 to 5.

As our team has picked up speed, adjusting to real-time requirements, we have become adept at engaging with physical distance in mind, communicating at a clip, and operating at a steady pace. A handful of critical team members support us on the front lines.

We affectionately call them the A-team. Our Ambassador Team. They are the small but mighty community-focused team of people who greet residents, trouble shoot problems, support facility operations…all other duties as assigned. There’s lots of those. And they do it all , with a smile.

This installment of Purposeful Stuff shares a bit more about our A-teams.

One:

For months, gathering spaces across the state of Colorado remained closed to slow spread of COVID, including community amenities like clubs and pools. Flash forward to early June when The Lakes at Centerra received the government and public health “green light” to open our community pool. Six people rose to the challenge to serve The Lakes residents in very short order. Meet Calico, Gennie, Dehlaney, Griffin, Jayme and Lizzy.

Two:

Nate, Trevin, Madison, Jeni, Tiffany, Abby, Presley, Chad, Taylor, Jackson, Kerry, and Steve are the mighty bunch of Ambassadors working hard to keep Verrado’s Center on Main and Heritage Swim Park running smoothly and safely. They assist Verrado residents with signing into the amenities, monitor capacity, perform cleaning, and assist residents as needed. And they are all CPR and first aid certified. And we just love the fun video they made to introduce themselves to our community.

Three:

Over at Eastmark, our A-team includes Diane, Joanna, Karen, Jack, Albert, Hope, Karisma, Lisa, Pamela, Bruce, Frank, Mia, Micah, and Shaun. This incredible group of brings high energy, creating positive interactions with our residents who visit our community pool. From managing reservations, to cleaning and supporting amenity operations, to assisting residents with questions and concerns, this Eastmark A-team brings their A-game day in and day out.

Four & Five:

Our Ambassador crew at Hilltop at Inspiration (55+ neighborhood) and Inspiration (all ages community) –  Stephanie, Ginnie, Gloria, and Tracy – facilitate the hustle and bustle of the Hilltop Club including fitness classes; clubs and group meetings like Bunco and Pickleball; and visits with our team for amenity access, design review support, or general questions and conversation. There’s a reason our Ambassadors keep the amenity bar stocked with fresh coffee, water and delicious snacks.

For the all-ages Inspiration community, we’ve got helping hands through the summer months with Morgan, Sadie, and Nia supporting our community pool operations. These three keep eyes on the pool, manage reservations, and keep things clean and safe per public health and county guidelines.

Six:

At Delta Coves we are fortunate to have two incredible women serving as Ambassadors. Tylene and Erin have the perfect combo – equal parts passion and knowledge – for the unique California Delta and the incredible lifestyle it offers. Want to know the best spots to wake board…watch the sunrise…grab a beer? Tylene and Erin have you covered. Plus, they know how to support Delta Coves residents as they navigate life in this new, all-things-water-fun community.

Our team receives and shares a lot of good and purposeful stuff.  Through a series we call “Purposeful Stuff,” we are curating these goodies to share more broadly.
