The Landscape and Facilities Manager will actively support community values, vision, and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of support and organization that allows stakeholder and resident needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction. The Manager will provide a warm, welcoming, professional approach when interacting with residents, colleagues and vendors while utilizing their knowledge of landscape and facilities operations to deliver an exceptional level of service to the community. Specifically, the Manager will monitor the operational needs of community amenities, common areas, and trails to ensure optimal care and function and, as necessary, carry out maintenance and repair functions with assistance from vendors as needed.

The Row Home Community Manager (the “Manager”) for Mueller will actively support the values, vision, and philosophies of Cohere, while demonstrating a style of support and organization that allows stakeholder, and team needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction. The Program & Systems Administrator for Cohere plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our organization’s dynamic and growing technical ecosystem. The Program & Systems Administrator is responsible for leading the management of systems, supervising projects and vendor partner relationships, and ensuring full utilization of tools to optimize operations enabling our team to deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and innovative approach to managing our technical environment, with a focus on continuous improvement, onboarding excellence, and user satisfaction.
