What’s your favorite quote or mantra, and why?
Whatever your life work is, do it well. Do it so well that no one could do it better. If it falls on your lot to be street sweeper, sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures, like Shakespeare wrote poetry, like Beethoven composed music; sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say, “Here lived a great street sweeper.” – Martin Luther King Jr.
Who is your mentor, and why?
Chadwick Reed. Chad’s professionalism and ability to communicate in the toughest of situations has always been a beacon of light for me an in industry that can at times wear on you.
What are you most passionate about, and why?
Our outdoor living environments. Research proves more and more that a green environment enhances health and environment. Science is giving us the facts and I want to be part of the solution that enriches communities, combats the urban heat island effect, and ultimately keeps our planet inhabitable for us humans.
