Our strong relationships with religious organizations provides opportunities for rich, spiritual connections among neighbors as well as unique charitable initiatives; for example, to feed children across the globe with Feed My Starving Children and closer to home with local food banks like Parker Task Force and Phoenix Rescue Mission.
Arts
An integral part of life, arts and culture contribute to placemaking, bringing immeasurable value to our communities. That’s why we partner with organizations like Mesa Center for the Arts and West Valley Arts Council to bring specific and unique programming to our residents, including public art projects to activate our parks and community gathering spaces.
Police/Fire/Medical
The safety of our residents is always our top priority. We work in sync with local emergency services in each of our communities to deliver proactive education and programming, and support effective emergency response communications when needed.
Health + Wellness
Early on, we work with our developer partners to ensure that community amenities promote physical activity and interaction. As the community grows, we engage partners from nutritionists to naturopaths from nearby hospitals and medical facilities to bring events and programming that promote healthy living and social connection.
Sports + Recreation
Whether you’re a mountain biker, a marathoner, or a rec league all-star, there’s bound to be athletes in your community that share your passion. We partner with sports organizations, recreation leagues, and fitness providers to offer classes, clubs, recreational and competitive sports, and other fitness programming.
