Union Point

Brookfield Residential engaged Cohere in design studio consulting services for Union Point, a master-planned community that spans three cities in Massachusetts: Weymouth, Abington, and Rockland. Union Point, formerly the South Weymouth Naval Air Station, is a 1,400-acre redevelopment project.

As a consultative placemaking partner in the beginning planning process, Cohere is at the table to ensure the built environment of a master-planned community supports thriving community life from day one through build-out.
