Cohere is proud to share some exciting news that has been months in the making — a defining partnership to lead community management at Brookfield Residential Austin.
As of September 1, 2020, Cohere has been retained to lead community management of Brookfield’s Easton Park, Kissing Tree, Addison, and Retreat at Dripping Springs communities.
In the months that follow, our team will lead management for all Brookfield Residential Austin communities.
Cohere and Brookfield have a rich history of collaborative partnership grounded in our shared commitment to people, partnership, and legacy. Eastmark in Mesa, Arizona, and Alamar in Avondale, Arizona, are two community examples.
Earlier this summer, Cohere took on accounting management services for Easton Park, Kissing Tree, Addison, and Retreat at Dripping Springs. Transitioning to full community management was a natural and important evolution of our partnership, and one that plays to our core strengths — Brookfield in development and homebuilding, and Cohere in community management.
Both Cohere and Brookfield Residential remain committed to the long-term visions and plans for these incredible, highly amenitized Austin communities. We know we can achieve more together than we can on our own.
Cohere is retaining all on-site staff in their current roles, building on existing community operations, engagement, and communications.
