This page presents well-being outcomes specific to the greater Denver metropolitan area. The findings are part of a larger comparative study across 53 master-planned communities in Texas, Arizona, and Colorado, surveying 3,945 residents across four metro regions.

Denver residents share insights, limited geographic analysis

Data was collected from residents in the greater Denver metropolitan area as part of the 2025 Community Impact Report. While Denver-area residents participated in the survey, the number of responses did not meet the statistical threshold required for meaningful geographic comparison.

To maintain research integrity, regional comparisons for the Denver market are not included in this year’s report.

About this research

The findings presented here represent one geographic segment of a larger comparative well-being study. The complete 2025 Community Impact Report includes survey data from 3,945 residents across 53 master-planned communities in four metro areas, examining 11 core well-being indicators and neighborhood recommendation behavior.
